20 How do you remind yourself to check conditions of trailers after contents have been unloaded to ensure that there has been no damage?
21 Provide an example when your ethics were tested.
22 Walk me through how you check all load-related documentation to ensure that it is complete and accurate.
23 Share an experience in which your attention to detail and thoroughness had an impact on your last company.
24 Share an example of when you went above and beyond the "call of duty". (Look for answers that show the candidate is dependable.)
25 Describe methods you have found effective to follow special cargo-related procedures, such as checking refrigeration systems for frozen foods or providing food or water for livestock.
